I love this time of the year...even more so now that Kennedy is around :) We picked out our Christmas tree as a family this year and it is the best one yet. I think the highlight of all the decorating though was watching her face as we strung the lights on the tree...she LOVES the lights and all the colorful decorations around the house. I am sure next year she will be trying to tear them down so I am going to enjoy this while I can!
There's a first for everything....
I truly enjoy blogging about our journey as parents and sharing all the pictures of our family with you...but most of all I hope that one day Kennedy and Presley will love reading this blog and cherish each memory I have tried to capture for them. Our girls bring us so much joy everyday!

We hit the 3 month milestone!
All we have heard since we had Kennedy was wait until she is 3 months old....now I can see why! She is becoming a little person, full of personality and learning new things everyday. I LOVE watching her explore and take in everything with those big, curious eyes. Watching her take the world in is seriously one of my favorite things to do these days. I think her hands are her favorite right now, they are in her mouth constantly (even when she gags herself!), moving all around, and now she is grabbing and holding onto things. Like the the blog says, "It's the little things"! I know the months ahead will be so much fun. I tried so hard to get her to smile that sweet smile she always gives us, but when the camera is around, she just focuses on it...or puts her hands in her mouth! Enjoy!

Kennedy's first craft!
And the first of many more to come...she does have a teacher for a mommy :) We went to Kennedy's friend Ryan's house to do our crafts. She loved having her hands and feet painted, even if it was hard to control them! Thanks Aunt Julie! The butterflys are for her room and the ornaments are some keepsakes for a few special people. Ryan made a cute Nemo with his hands. I wanted to blog this experience so she can read this in the years to come and laugh at what her mom made her do!
Getting ready to paint! She is excited!
The beginning of Ryan's Nemo painting...his hands were much easier to work with, haha!
The finished products...well not completely
Going in for kisses, both haha!
We went to the park too...Kennedy was sporting her legwarmers :)
Maybe next year Kennedy can slide with Ryan!
Passed out from our day full of fun with Aunt Julie and Ryan :) This is our running stroller she is in...she looks so small! I ran with her for the first time the other day, hardwork!!
SO much to be ThAnKfUl for this year!
This year it was our first Thanksgiving as a family. I love that word :) Kennedy was such a cute butterball as you will see in the pictures and even though she couldn't have turkey this year, she seemed happy! Well, until we got to Uncle Todd and Aunt Holly's for dinner, then it was a different story. A new memory for me on Thanksgiving...a crying baby with a belly ache = no yummy feast for Mommy and Daddy with the family, lots of tears from Mommy as we drove back to Orlando, and Cracker Barrel turkey dinner at home while baby is in a crying coma, haha. Not too funny when it was all happening, but it is now. The sacrafices you make when you have kids :) Gramps did bring us some leftovers the next day though! So Kennedy is just fine and the good news is...she won't remember this Thanksgiving anyways...but we will!!!!!
I am 12 weeks old and I love to smile :)
My hair is getting so long and Mommy loves to put cute bows in it!
Looking at my Daddy <3
Told you I was a butterball!
Turkey Booty!!!!
She loves her tongue!
We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
Here are a few more pictures from the past week.................
I have Daddy's hair!
Just can't wake up for my bath!
Almost strong enough for the Bumbo seat...I love her sweet face in this one.
Stealing kisses from my angel!
Showing off her super cute legwarmers...and her strong legs!
She loves to look in the mirrors around the house!
She makes this face all the time!
