This Kind of Love...: Presley's First Month and then some...

It's Mother's Day today and I am doing something that I love to do while my babies are sleeping...BLOG. I know it sounds crazy, but taking pictures, writing, and sharing it all with my family and friends is something I truly enjoy. I am just a little obsessed with taking pictures of my kids, haha. I am playing catch up before I head back to work Wednesday this week...tears. BUT it is only for 3 weeks, I can do it, it could be worse. My Auntie is here to take care of sweet Presley and Kennedy will continue to go to school and our neighbor will help watch her too. Presley will be 7 weeks this Thursday and is changing every day! She is much more awake now, but is a GREAT sleeper at night (7 hours!). She is cooing and smiling some too. Kennedy loves on her all the time. I love that she looks for her now around the house and is always by my side to help with diaper changes. She is my little shadow! Kennedy is almost 21 months and is exploring the world these days. She is talking a lot but still not totally making sense. We keep waiting for her to bust out with a sentence! She says WOW in context and it is so sweet. She also says something that sounds like please, cheese, trees, and see all at once. Her personality is unfolding right before our eyes and she makes us laugh everyday! I could go on and on about both of them but I am working on NAP time :)

Some more visitors for the new little one. Miss Melody, a friend of mine and my moms. She and I coached Girls on the Run together at my school too.

Miss Cindy came to get some snuggles since her grandkids are getting so big!

My good friend Natalie. I am holding her sweet cheeks on my lap, Brady. She is 7 months old. She should be my daughter with that full face, haha! I wonder who Brady will play with more, Kennedy or Presley?
